  • Up to 5 form or technique video reviews per week

Comprehensive Training

4–7 Workouts scheduled weekly

Clients looking for a more comprehensive training program with advanced progression and recovery management.

Includes:

  • Individualized training program (4–7 sessions/week)
  • Advanced progression and recovery management
  • Up to 10 form or technique video reviews per week
$300/4 weeks
