Comprehensive Training
4–7 Workouts scheduled weekly

Clients looking for a more comprehensive training program with advanced progression and recovery management.
Includes:
- •Individualized training program (4–7 sessions/week)
- •Advanced progression and recovery management
- •Up to 10 form or technique video reviews per week
