We aim to be fair, transparent, and respectful of both your time and ours.

Monthly Coaching Services

Monthly coaching services are billed in advance.

You may cancel at any time with at least 7 days' notice before your next billing date.
Cancellations made after this window may result in one final billing cycle.

Due to the customized nature of coaching and program design, refunds are not provided once services have begun.

If you believe there has been an error or extenuating circumstance, please contact us and we'll review on a case-by-case basis.

One-time training programs are non-refundable once delivered.
